Open the app, tap "Import", then choose a CSV or PDF file from your device. SmartStatement will automatically parse and categorize your transactions.
SmartStatement supports CSV and PDF statements from major banks in the US, UK, Australia, New Zealand, and more. If your bank format isn't recognized, contact us and we'll add support.
Sign in with your Google account, then tap "Sync to Sheets" on any statement. Your transactions will be exported to a new or existing Google Sheet.
All data is stored locally on your device. Uninstalling the app removes all local data. To revoke Google access, visit your Google Account Permissions page.
Please email us at support@smartstatement.app with a sample statement (you may redact sensitive info). We'll work to add support for your bank's format.
Go to Settings in the app and tap "Restore Purchases". Your subscription will be restored automatically via your Apple ID.
